Quote from Stewart & Janet Murfitt on 21 February 2020, 11:14Ted, I have been in touch with Michelle via email.
I have supplied her with information confirming her grandfather's voyage on the Accra departing Liverpool on 23 Auguat 1956 (one of 9 round trips the Accra made that year).
I have also supplied her with details of three further voyages he made between Liverpool and Lagos on Elder Dempster lines between 1948 and 1960.
I may be wrong but I suspect any subsequent trips to the UK he may have made would have been on BOAC.
