New Video Presentation: “RMS Manxman Revisited” by Bill Ogle

Past Chairman, Bulletin Editor and current Vice-Chair of Council Bill Ogle served as Chairman of the charitable trust that sought to restore the Manxman.  In this talk he reflects on the ultimately unsuccessful attempt to save her from the breakers’ yard, and brings the story completely up to date with a description of the latest ship to bear her illustrious name.  The talk was originally presented to members at The Athenaeum, Liverpool, on 18 January 2024.
